ENERGY

ExMesh™ Engineering offers physical security solutions which are designed to protect energy and power generation infrastructure such as power stations, electricity substations and energy distribution facilities.

We work closely in partnership with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), installers and main contractors on security projects for energy facilities.

Our products include security fencing, gates and anti-climb solutions which deter attackers, and ExMesh™ Engineering Securilath™ security mesh, which is used in walls, roofs, ceilings and windows.

ExMesh™ Engineering security solutions can help to prevent vandalism, theft, sabotage and acts of terrorism, and they are used to target harden critical infrastructure across the energy sector.

RANGES FOR ENERGY

ExMesh™ Engineering Electra has been specifically developed for the electric power and energy generation and distribution industry. This fencing is robust, has a long lifespan and offers a high level of security for operators in the energy sector.

ExMesh™ Engineering Paliclad provides a cost-effective additional security measure by enhancing existing security fencing, so saving on new product costs. It is attached to existing palisade fencing, deterring and preventing intruders, and reducing the risk of a breach. ExMesh™ Engineering Paliclad can be quickly installed and is manufactured to clients’ requirements, and increases the security of a system if it has already been breached.

ExMesh™ Engineering ProtEx 1 holds Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) 1175 A1: Issue 8 certification and offers a robust and reliable perimeter security fence, which can be used in a wide range of environments.

ExMesh™ Engineering ProtEx 2 is a security fencing system which offers high grade perimeter protection for energy infrastructure and was one of the first fencing systems in the UK to gain LPCB LPS 1175 SR2 (now known as B3) accreditation. It is easy to install and can be used on undulating and sloping ground.

ExMesh™ Engineering ProtEx 3 is one of just a handful of fencing systems in the UK to hold LPCB LPS 1175 C5 accreditation. A double-skinned fence, it is certified to protect against deliberate forced entry by attackers using tools such as hacksaws, crowbars, axes and pad saws. It is simple to install and like Class 2, can be used on undulating and sloping ground.

ExMesh™ Engineering Securilath™, an LBCB-accredited security mesh, is a discreet method of target hardening energy facilities, including buildings and rooms. It is the only security mesh range to be certified by the LPCB when applied to metal stud, timber stud and block walls.
